  • Managing Work Orders requests
  • Generate and send WSIB Certificates – quarterly renewals
  • Provide assistance with insurance documentation requests
  • Manage tablet for on call personnel
  • Accounts Payable – tracking office expenses, submitting bills for payment to head office
  • Quotes – generating and sending as per requests
  • Office Supplies – track and order items as per requests
  • Manage phone lines
  • Create files for insurance claims and provide information that is requested
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail (Canada post and Purolator packages)
  • Provide support to other departments on printing and scanning requests
  • Provide Administrative support with Company Fleet (gas usage, vehicle repairs, 407ETR usage)
  • Provide administrative support with company cell phones (tracking usage)
  • Provide administrative support to operations team
  • Provide perform other administrative tasks as requested


  • Prior administrative experience (2 years experience)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year
