Responsibilities:
- Managing Work Orders requests
- Generate and send WSIB Certificates – quarterly renewals
- Provide assistance with insurance documentation requests
- Manage tablet for on call personnel
- Accounts Payable – tracking office expenses, submitting bills for payment to head office
- Quotes – generating and sending as per requests
- Office Supplies – track and order items as per requests
- Manage phone lines
- Create files for insurance claims and provide information that is requested
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail (Canada post and Purolator packages)
- Provide support to other departments on printing and scanning requests
- Provide Administrative support with Company Fleet (gas usage, vehicle repairs, 407ETR usage)
- Provide administrative support with company cell phones (tracking usage)
- Provide administrative support to operations team
- Provide perform other administrative tasks as requested
Experience/Skills:
- Prior administrative experience (2 years experience)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail.
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year
