eHub: Bee-Clean Self-Service Portal for paystubs and more!

Many of our regions across Canada are moving to a new program to allow for electronic access to paystubs and T4 slips (and other important finance documents).  It’s a great step forward in reducing paper waste and also ensuring our employees have easy access to their payroll information!

Some regions are already able to register and access eHub. However, we are still working on rolling out eHub to more regions. This page makes it easy for you to register and have access to your region’s eHub information. If you aren’t sure what region you’re in or don’t see your region here, please know that right now we do have some regions that already have other systems in place for their paystubs and/or we may be in the process of onboarding your region.

See our Frequently Asked Questions below, as well as information for getting registered today!

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some answers to questions commonly asked about eHub.

If you have any questions that aren’t answered here, please email your payroll team. For Edmonton and northern Alberta please email ehub.bcnal@beeclean.net.  For southern Alberta, email ehub.support@beeclean.net.

For Bee-Clean East (everything east of Saskatchewan), email payrollsupport@bee-clean.com.

Your employee number can be found on your current or past paystub(s).  You can also contact payroll support or speak to your supervisor for assistance. For Bee-Clean West (BC and Alberta) please email ehub.bcnal@beeclean.net.  For Bee-Clean East (everything east of Saskatchewan), email payrollsupport@bee-clean.com

Some regions are pretty easy to spot (ie: Edmonton and Northern Alberta). However, some of our regions are created based on unique databases we use for payroll. If you look at your paystub, you can see what region you’re in (ie: North/Winnipeg North). If you aren’t sure, you can also email your payroll team.

For Edmonton and northern Alberta please email ehub.bcnal@beeclean.net.  For southern Alberta, email ehub.support@beeclean.net.

For Bee-Clean East (everything east of Saskatchewan), email payrollsupport@bee-clean.com.

We’re rolling out eHub based on a few factors, the major one being our payroll database system. This means that some regions will be rolled out before other regions. Our goal is to eventually make it possible for everyone to access their paystubs and T4s digitally. We thank you for your patience as we work to get the regions onboarded onto this platform.

For our employees in Quebec, our payroll system is a little different. In Quebec, our employees receive their pay stubs via email.

Yes! What’s great about eHub is that it will keep all of your pay cheque history, making it easy to print off your latest and previous paystubs. To view or print a pay stub, click the Download button next to the pay stub’s net pay to open the PDF of the stub. In order to display the PDF properly, make sure you have disabled any pop-up blockers in your browser.

You can then click the Print icon or the Save icon to save/export the PDF file or send it to your printer.

If you don’t have a printer, don’t forget you can visit any print shop, library or Bee-Clean office to use a printer should you need copies of your pay stubs on paper. Speak to your supervisor or office manager if you need assistance printing your paystub at any Bee-Clean office.

We understand that there may be concerns with entering your Social Insurance Number (SIN) during the registration process may seem unsafe. Afterall, we would never recommend sharing your SIN online with anyone!  However, in this case, our eHub system is connected to our payroll system, which means it’s absolutely 100% secure. It’s a way to ensure that nobody can register with your employee number and access your confidential information, as only you should know your SIN. Think of it as an extra step in security.

That being said, if you don’t feel comfortable at all with entering your SIN, please contact your payroll support to get assistance with registering in a different way that is still secure and safe.

For Edmonton and northern Alberta please email ehub.bcnal@beeclean.net.  For southern Alberta, email ehub.support@beeclean.net.

For Bee-Clean East (everything east of Saskatchewan), email payrollsupport@bee-clean.com.

No. Our goal is to make it much easier for our employees to receive and save their paystubs and access their T4 slips and other important information. We also want to reduce paper waste and know that having digital access to paystubs makes a lot more sense. You can easily print from eHub however, and what’s great about eHub is that it will save all your paystubs so that you never have to worry about losing your hard copy you got in the mail.

For any employees who need assistance with printing or have difficulties with accessing technology, please speak with your supervisor and they will be happy to assist you with getting registered and/or contacting your payroll support team.

Please note that as we roll out eHub and onboard different regions, you may still see your paystub in the mail AND on eHub. Eventually, during and after the rollout process, paystubs will no longer be mailed.

Please remember that we are onboarding different regions over the next few months (during the summer and autumn/winter of 2022. This means your region might not be yet onboarded and able to register.  Please first check that you’ve received a notification with your paystub, or to your bee-clean.com email, that you can register. If you haven’t been told that you can register, chances are your region isn’t ready to enroll/register.

However, if you did get a notification that you can register please contact payroll support so we can help you out.  For Edmonton and northern Alberta please email ehub.bcnal@beeclean.net.  For southern Alberta, email ehub.support@beeclean.net.  For Bee-Clean East (everything east of Saskatchewan), email payrollsupport@bee-clean.com.
