eHub: Bee-Clean Self-Service Portal

This page makes it easy for our staff  to register and have access to your region’s eHub sign-in page. If you aren’t sure what region you’re in or don’t see your region here, please know that right now we do have some regions that already have other systems in place and/or we may be in the process of onboarding your region. 

Registration

eHub links vary by each region. Click on your region to see directions on how to Register.

This region covers northern Alberta (the city of Edmonton and north).

Steps to Register on your Computer:

  1. Ensure you have your Employee Number.
  2. Visit the eHub page at bcnal.teamehub.com. This will be the website where you’ll register and login every time you want to access eHub. You can bookmark it too for easy access in the future!
  3. You’ll need to use your employee number in the area where it asks for your User ID. Once you’ve entered your employee number here, you can click on Register.
  4. Next, you’ll complete your registration. Enter the information requested to validate your personal identification. Once you’ve entered this, you can click on Continue.
  5. Next you can set up your password.
  6. You’re all set! Once you’ve set up your password, you’re good to go! Use your Employee Number as your User ID and your new Password to login anytime.

Did you know you can access eHub on your mobile device?

  1. Ensure you have your Employee Number.
  2. For Android users, visit eHub – Apps on Google Play.  For iPhone, visit eHub on the App Store Download the App on your phone/mobile device.
  3. Once the app is installed, open it and tap on Register/Forgot Password. Your employee number is your User ID.  You’ll also need to enter your unique eHub Website url. For the Edmonton and Northern Alberta, this is: bcnal.teamehub.com
  4. Next, you’ll complete your registration. Enter the information requested to validate your personal identification. Once you’ve entered this, you can click on Continue.
  5. Next you can set up your password.
  6.  You’re all set! Once you’ve set up your password, you’re good to go! Use your Employee Number as your User ID and your new Password to login anytime.

This region covers Southern Alberta (south of Edmonton). Stay tuned as we will soon be onboarding British Columbia!

  4. Next, you’ll complete your registration. Enter the information requested to validate your personal identification. Once you’ve entered this, you can click on Continue.
  5. Next you can set up your password.
  6. You’re all set! Once you’ve set up your password, you’re good to go! Use your Employee Number as your User ID and your new Password to login anytime.

This region covers an area called Winnipeg Central, and soon the province of Saskatchewan (in December 2022).

Please remember that we are onboarding different regions over the next few months (during the summer and autumn/winter of 2022. This means your region might not be yet onboarded and able to register.  If you haven’t been told that you can register, chances are your region isn’t ready to enroll/register. However, if you did get a notification that you can register, please contact payroll support so we can help you out.
