Recruitment & HR Coordinator

The Recruitment and HR Coordinator position is a combination of different tasks that touch on aspects of recruitment, human resources administration, health and safety,
third-party verification systems, and operations.

Position: Recruitment & HR Coordinator
Reporting To: Human Resources Department, H&S Department
Salary: Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Please state your salary expectations in your cover letter

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Recruitment

  • File resumes;
  • Screen resumes;
  • Search for candidates
  • Pre-screen potential candidates;
  • Interview candidates;
  • Send resumes to managers;
  • Send and help fill out hiring forms
  • Post job descriptions;
  • Take calls from job seekers;
  • Represent Bee-Clean at job fairs;
  • Mobilize Fort McMurray candidates
  • Book Drug and Alcohol Tests if needed

Human Resources Administration

  • Provide clerical support to the Human Resources Department
  • Assist the HR Manager with letters and paperwork when needed
  • Assist the HR Manager with Group Benefits when needed
  • Maintain and organize files
  • Assist with gathering and maintaining employee information
  • Request invoices from Accounting when required
  • Take Registered Mail to the Post Office if needed
  • Cover reception when required
  • Assist HR with anything else needed

Health & Safety

  • Provide backup assistance for the Third Party Sites
  • Provide Administrative Support for the Health and Safety Department when needed
  • Gathering and organizing H&S forms from Sub-Contractors and Employees when
    required
  • Assist H&S with anything else needed

Qualifications

  • Driver’s License required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have a clear criminal record
  • Administration experience preferred
  • Experience with Google Suite preferred
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be adaptable
  • Must be willing to work in a team environment
  • Must be organized and posses time management skills
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and respond to management direction
