Partnership establishes Canada’s Cleaners in US Market
October 3, 2022 – Bee-Clean Building Maintenance announces the completion of its new partnership with Heritage Building Maintenance, an Iowa-based provider of commercial cleaning services.
Bee-Clean, known as Canada’s Cleaner with its Canadian headquarters located in Winnipeg, MB, and Edmonton, AB, has over 14,000 employees and 27 branches across Canada. This acquisition marks Bee-Clean’s entry into the commercial cleaning business in the United States.
“Having been successful in the Canadian market for over 50 years, working with Heritage enables us to broaden our business and expand as a company,” says Philippe D. Mack, Senior Vice-President Customer Experience at Bee-Clean.
Heritage Building Maintenance is a successful and well-established building services contractor located in Des Moines, Iowa.
“Heritage’s company values and prestigious customer base fits very well with Bee-Clean’s vision and operating philosophy,” explains Mack.
The company name, Heritage Building Maintenance, will remain the same, and their headquarters remaining in Des Moines, Iowa along with the current staffing model and business practices.
“We are excited to work with the management in this transition and introduce Phillippe D. Mack to the team as our Chief Executive Officer,” says Greg Theroux, President of Heritage, who will continue on at Heritage in his role.
