Position: Site Supervisor for Brandon Shoppers’ mall in Brandon

Reporting To: Senior Project Manager

Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for a combination of a few different tasks that touch on all aspects of site supervision. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining contact with clients, scheduling, and resolving day-to-day issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of staff at the mall
  • Schedules staff in accordance with workload
  • Hires staff as needed.
  • Trains staff in various work procedures
  • Maintains proper contact with HR, Operations, and the Client
  • Reports deficiencies and/or incidents in a timely manner
  • Overseeing cleaning projects in/on the property
  • Great communication skills on a Radio.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
  • Three (3) years of customer service experience (Preferred). Experience is an asset but will train the right candidate.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Speak English fluently.

Special requirements:

  • Must know how to strip and wax floors.
  • Must have general knowledge on using floor and carpet care equipment (i.e. Carpet extraction machine, burnisher, auto scrubber riding machine and walk behind)
  • The detailed scope of work would be provided at the time of the interview.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $20.50/hr., 40 hours a week

  • 8 hour shift (9am- 5pm, Monday- Friday)
